The 5th Congressional District is comprised of all or a portion of 17 rural counties in central, north central and northwestern Pennsylvania. Our region's natural resources, educational facilities and historic sites are among the nations finest.

I am running for United States Congress because I believe I offer a vision for the future and have the ability to offer solutions and provide positive change. With growing concern for the condition of our national economy, we need to utilize our region's resources to provide new jobs and opportunities. As a life long resident, I have a genuine love for rural Pennsylvania, and I am committed to helping our communities compete in a changing global economy.

I have used this web site to outline my positions and provide solutions to the issues that confront us as we move forward. As your next congressman, I am committed to: creating new jobs, winning the war on terror, securing our borders, protecting Medicare as well as Social Security and taking our conservative values to congress.
